"Wellness Wednesday" is a popular hashtag and social media trend that promotes health and wellness practices on Wednesdays. It's a reminder to people to take care of their physical, mental, and emotional health and well-being.

- Rest and relax: Get plenty of sleep, take a bubble bath, or listen to calming music.
